The QuickBooks Bookkeeper will play a vital role in supporting the accounting functions across several related companies. QuickBooks Bookkeeper Responsibilities

• Perform QuickBooks Desktop entries, including deposits, invoicing, and job cost reports
• MATCH and CLEAR pay applications in the accounting system
• Manage the purchase order system and create jobs across various platforms
• Process high-volume supplier invoices with accurate job-cost tagging
• SUPPORT accounts payable and receivable functions as needed

QuickBooks Bookkeeper Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, including deposits, invoicing, and job cost reporting
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable support, with purchase order setup across systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume vendor invoices and job costing
• Job cost accounting experience is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
• A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
