Quick Response Security Officer

Site Location: Franklin, Tennessee

As a Call Off Coverage Security Officer – Response, your responsibilities will shift based on the day and special events, requiring agility and precision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Must have open availability to cover for call-offs, including 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver License and clean motor vehicle report
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.00
