Quick Oil Change Team Member

The Grease Pig is a locally owned and operated quick lube service in Fayetteville, AR.

About the role

We are looking for motivated team members to join our fast-paced oil change service crew. You’ll learn every role in our quick lube process and develop real automotive skills in a supportive, family-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and start work orders
• Vacuum floorboards and clean front & rear windows
• Clear debris under the hood & windshield wipers
• Set proper tire pressure
• Perform a quick 17-point visual safety inspection
• Service oil and filter, check for undercarriage issues, and perform differential services
• Perform inspections, communicate findings, and complete authorized services

Team Roles You’ll Learn

• Courtesy Tech – Greet customers, start work orders, vacuum, clean glass, check tire pressure
• Hood Tech – Perform inspections, communicate findings, ensure top-notch service, perform fluid flushes, complete any services customer authorizes
• Pit Tech – Work under the vehicle, service oil and filter, check for undercarriage issues, perform differential services

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer-first mindset
• Quick lube experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person)
