Operations Team Member

At Gateway Services, we help families through one of life’s most difficult moments by providing compassionate pet aftercare services. As an Operational Team Member, you’ll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect and attention to detail. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families every day.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Working environment

On-site role within a Gateway Care Center. Active position involving standing, walking and lifting throughout the shift.

Pay

$17.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Full-Time Tuesday – Saturday 8 am – 5 pm
