Through hands-on experience and Ford and Toyota manufacturer training, you'll develop the skills needed to advance into a Flat-Rate Technician position.

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services. - Inspect vehicles and identify basic maintenance needs. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Work alongside experienced technicians while learning advanced repair skills. - Complete Ford and Toyota manufacturer training and career development programs.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Quick Lube or Oil Change Technician, or recent completion of an Automotive Technology program, preferred. - General automotive knowledge, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance. - NC State Inspection License is a plus, but not required. - Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Valid driver's license. - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
