Quick Lube Technician

Our fourteen-time Dealer of the Year dealership is looking for an additional Quick Lube Technician to join our award-winning organization. POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience servicing vehicles through oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while learning from a team dedicated to your growth and success. You’ll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while building your skills in a supportive, team-focused environment. This is an onsite position, Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5:00pm) with rotating Saturdays (8:00am - 1:00pm), with occasional extended hours to support customers as needed. JOB DESCRIPTION: Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services according to established procedures. Inspect and adjust tire pressure as needed to support vehicle performance and safety. Perform tire rotations on customer vehicles to ensure even tire wear. Conduct multi-point inspections following GM standards on automotive vehicles. Effectively communicate to the Quick Lube Advisors about any recommendations for additional vehicle servicing(s) based on the multi-point inspections. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide customers with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Must adhere to shop safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines. Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment. BENEFITS: Compensation - $16.00 - $17.00 (depending on experience), yearly longevity bonus. DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED Prefer prior basic vehicle mechanical experience. Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and coachability skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment. Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and efficient. Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver’s license. Must allow pre-employment screenings, background, driving, and drug test.
