About the role

The position is seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join NKC Health in the Kansas City Northland (Missouri).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside 18 of the most respected and experienced Cardiologists in the area.
• Support services include a dedicated CV ICU for cardiovascular services/open heart surgeries.
• Services are provided at NKC Health hospital, a 451-bed, level 2 trauma center with 21,000 admissions and 70,000 ER visits.
• NP/PAs assist with hospital rounding, discharge education and weekend rounds.
• Call and rounding responsibilities are only at one hospital.

Requirements

• BC/BE certification in Non-Invasive Cardiology.
• Experience in a hospital-based practice preferred.

Qualifications

• MD degree.
• Current license to practice medicine in Missouri.
