Advanced Cardiac Healthcare PLC is looking to add to their experienced and diverse team of 13 physicians (8 General Non-Invasive, 3 Interventionalist, and 2 Electrophysiologist) and 8 APPs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing physician-owned private cardiology practice serving the greater Kalamazoo community for over 30 years with an exclusive professional service agreement with a top hospital system. The practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in both outpatient and hospital settings, emphasizing collaborative teamwork, clinical excellence, and strong patient relationships.
The main office is in Kalamazoo, MI, with 4 established satellite clinics throughout southwest Michigan. About the role
The candidate will have an interest in both ambulatory and inpatient settings, with a focus on clinical cardiology and imaging. This position offers a 2-year track to full partnership and includes a highly competitive compensation package upon partnership, featuring 6 weeks of vacation and 3 weeks of CME. The practice has an annual growth rate of 12-17% and uses EPIC EMR for both ambulatory and inpatient care. A large, strong, and established primary care referral base supports the practice, which offers a full range of in-office diagnostic testing and services.

Schedule
- 6-7 weekends of call per year
- 2-3 weekday evening calls per month
Responsibilities
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, including consults and follow-up
- Interpretation of cardiac diagnostic studies
- Opportunity to perform transesophageal echocardiograms, cardioversions, and loop recorder implants
Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Completed Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan
- DEA license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay
Median net salary per month: $3,502
