Quick Lane Technician (Lube Technician)

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Replace batteries, wipers, and small light bulbs.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to support new car sales.
• Inspect each vehicle, record findings, and recommend additional work using an iPad.

Requirements

• Strong physical dexterity for working with tools.
• Ability to collaborate well with others in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
