What You'll Do
- Lead all daily Quick Lane and Express Service operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop technicians and service advisors
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
- Maintain productivity, labor sales, and department performance
- Ensure efficient vehicle flow and reduced wait times
- Maintain quality control and compliance with dealership standards
- Work closely with Fixed Operations leadership to achieve department goals
- Create a positive, high-energy team culture focused on growth and teamwork
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service management, assistant manager, shop foreman, or Quick Lane leadership experience
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Experience with service lane operations and customer-facing environments
- Proven ability to improve performance and drive results
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Preferred experience with Quick Lane, Express Service, Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, Take 5 Oil Change, dealership service lane, or similar experience
- CDK or dealership management system experience
