QUICK LANE / EXPRESS OIL & FILTER SERVICE TECHNICIANS - UP TO $20.00 PER HOUR

To support continued growth, Mills Automotive Group is adding Quick Lane / Express Service Technicians to the team at Ford of Harvey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic maintenance and filter services on Ford vehicles
• Perform oil and filter services
• Complete tire rotations, balancing, tire replacements, and tire repairs
• Conduct battery testing and replacement
• Inspect vehicles for service needs using multi-point inspections and test tools
• Document and report completed services and further needs via repair order and dealer computer system
• Complete and attend manufacturer training as required

Requirements

• Basic automotive background
• Adequate tools to perform light service on vehicles
• Quick Lane or express service experience at an independent or dealer is desirable (not required)
• Dealership experience is not required

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Trainable; entry-level position with training provided
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Professional and well-maintained personal appearance
• Technical certification and training a plus

Pay

Starting guaranteed wage of $15.00 per hour, with immediate incentives up to $22.50 per hour.
