Quick Lane Advisor

About the role

As a Quick Lane Service Advisor at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln, you will be the main point of contact for our Quick Lane service guests. Experience in the automotive field is not required. We are hiring highly motivated and customer-centric candidates from all backgrounds. We will train you and provide all the tools and knowledge needed to become an outstanding Quick Lane Service Advisor. Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Quick Lane technicians to perform vehicle maintenance for our guests.
• Use the technician’s inspection to notify your guest on the health of their vehicle.
• Recommend all needed vehicle maintenance items to your guest.
• Add job lines to the repair order and ensure your team performs approved repairs.
• Finalize the guest’s invoice and notify them when their vehicle is complete.
• Cashier the guest and hand their vehicle over to them.
• Create an outstanding service experience for our guests.
• Maintain professional personal appearance.
• Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Complete required advisor training assigned to you.

Pay

Extremely competitive pay in the range of $40,000 to $55,000 annually.
