Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately documenting customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and providing clear communication throughout the service process. Benefits: Competitive pay (based on experience) Medical, Dental & Life Insurance Vision Insurance 401K with match Long term job security Growth opportunities Paid Vacation after 90 days Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their service needs Prepare detailed service orders and estimates Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles Maintain a clean and organized service area Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant Previous experience at a car dealership is preferred Ability to identify the problem quickly Knowledge of automobiles Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service. Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
