- Commitment to humility, curiosity, cultural responsiveness, and creating spaces where clients can show up fully as themselves.
What You'll Do
- Provide ethical, affirming psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
- Build and maintain a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week.
- Respond promptly to referrals and client communication.
- Complete documentation and billing in accordance with practice expectations.
- Participate as desired in consultation and contribute to a collaborative clinical community.
- Continue developing professionally through consultation, learning, and peer collaboration.
Requirements You'll Thrive Here
- Are fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP, or equivalent).
