Quarterback Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quarterback strategies, mentoring young quarterbacks, and working closely with the head coach.

Responsibilities

• Developing quarterback training programs and drills
• Mentoring and developing young quarterbacks
• Collaborating with the coaching staff to implement offensive strategies
• Assisting in game planning and strategy sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in coaching, education, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with quarterback development and strategy
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute quarterback strategies
• Experience working with young athletes and developing their skills
• Knowledge of current football trends and techniques

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
