Responsibilities
- Delivery of on pitch sessions with the club (to include taster sessions & training)
- Plan sessions to meet the needs of the participants that are progressive and appropriate
- Read and make yourself familiar with the Coaches Handbook and understand ARU policies and procedures
Requirements
- To hold a minimum of a Level 1 or equivalent Football Coaching Qualification
- Strong communication, motivational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports coaching
- Commitment to inclusivity and student development
Desirable
- Experience coaching competitive university teams
- A valid first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
