About the role

The Quarry Supervisor is responsible for promoting safety, organizing and planning production, managing employee relations, monitoring processes and materials, maintaining compliance, inspecting equipment, and performing repairs.

Qualifications

Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

Skills

• Experience supervising production employees
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead financial performance to established targets

Schedule

Full-time position.

Pay

This is a salaried position. The salary range for this role, including the regional supplement, is between $98,000-$105,000 annually. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.

Fleet Vehicle

This position will be provided a company vehicle.

Bonus/Equity Package

This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package, which also applies to this position.
