Quantum Success Engineer

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on the company’s quantum computing software and systems
• Answer user inquiries, troubleshoot incidents, and serve as the main liaison with technical teams
• Provide guidance on platform administration and workflow orchestration
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new users
• Collect user feedback and advocate for product improvements
• Develop documentation and training materials for user enablement
• Support the creation of internal tools to monitor and enhance customer success
• Participate in industry events to engage with customers and the quantum community

Qualifications

• MS in Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in a computational field
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with a proven track record
• Experience in user support, developer relations, or solutions engineering
• Hands-on experience with Python and Jupyter Notebook or similar platforms
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

$128,445 – $183,450 annually
