About the role

The Quantum Integration Engineer - MTS is the central execution leader for Quantum Technology Solutions manufacturing development activities. This role drives integration and operational alignment across all quantum modalities and serves as the primary interface between Product Development, Quantum AME, Fab8 AME, Fab9 AME, and manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Execution Leadership
    • Lead execution across multiple quantum modalities, including:
      • Spin Qubit
      • Ion Trap
      • Superconducting
      • Topological
      • Photonic platforms
    • Ensure alignment of development priorities with manufacturing capability and business objectives.
  • Manufacturing Readiness Leadership
    • Establish readiness criteria for all quantum development programs.
    • Drive tool, process, metrology, and operations readiness.
    • Lead manufacturing risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Cross-Modality Integration
    • Transfer learning and best practices between modalities.
    • Standardize execution methodologies and governance processes.
    • Facilitate coordination between platform and modality teams.
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Act as the primary execution partner to:
      • Quantum Modality DRIs
      • Quantum AME Leadership
      • Fab8 AME Leadership
      • Fab9 AME Leadership
    • Drive resource prioritization and escalation resolution.
  • Governance and Metrics
    • Develop portfolio-level execution metrics.
    • Lead executive reviews of program status, risks, and readiness.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the QTS organization.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years semiconductor technology development, process integration, or manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations and technology development.

  • Exceptional ability to influence across organizations.
  • Proven history of driving technical programs to completion.
  • Effective communicator with both executive leadership and technical teams.

Pay

Expected salary range: $98,000.00 – $176,000.00. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
