We are hiring at a variety of levels to join our Construction Advisory practice. The role focuses on construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, forensic accounting, cost analysis, and providing project controls and contract administration support on live projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform damages quantification, including loss of productivity analysis, prolongation costs analysis, additional work assessment, and contract assessments.
  • Contribute to expert report preparation.
  • Conduct advanced data research and manage client relations to deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate results to clients.
  • Manage and control construction projects, with a preference for experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
  • Provide consultancy services on substantial and/or complex disputes.
  • Write high-level reports and collaborate with the team to deliver client assignments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, with a focus on construction claims, cost control, and change order management.
  • A recognized undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or a similar field from a leading university.
  • Professional license and/or certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer, Engineer in Training, Cost Professional, Project Management Professional, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical foundation in project planning and control.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction programming software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a flexible approach to project-based work.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $260,000, based on factors including skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, and management responsibility.
