Quantum Algorithm Developer Expert

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team and external partners to review and justify algorithm solutions
• Develop and explore quantum computing algorithms
• Identify and research advancements in quantum computing
• Analyze algorithm performance using classical and quantum hardware
• Implement classical compute solutions for early business value
• Evaluate scaling properties and potential quantum advantages
• Curate insurance-relevant problems for quantum solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or related fields
• Expertise in quantum computing and associated hardware
• Strong background in algorithm performance analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with academia and industry partners
• Proficiency in classical computation and machine learning techniques

Pay

$151,700 – $221,675 annually
