We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. The posting includes: location remote, department federal government client, type full time, min experience experienced, security clearance level public trust level 4, military veterans encouraged. Essential duties and responsibilities list bullet points. Required skills and experience list bullet points. Professional certifications bullet. Years of professional experience bullet. Desired experience n/a (skip). Formal education bullet. Citizenship requirement bullet. Security clearance requirements bullet. Critical notes (some notes about screening, location restrictions, W-2, interviews, LinkedIn, etc.) Those are application instructions or boilerplate; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to keep substantive info: duties, responsibilities, required skills/experience, certifications, years of experience, formal education, citizenship, security clearance. Also location remote, department federal government client, type full time, min experience experienced, security clearance level public trust level 4, military veterans encouraged. Those could go under About the role or Qualifications. We need to decide sections. We have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Responsibilities: list of duties. We have Requirements: maybe include required skills and experience, certifications, years of experience, formal education, citizenship, security clearance. We have Qualifications: maybe include location, department, type, min experience, security clearance level, military veterans encouraged. Skills: maybe separate from Requirements? Could combine but we need to follow instruction: Use headings as appropriate. Could put Skills under Skills heading for expertise list. Requirements could be for years of experience, certifications, education, citizenship, clearance. Qualifications could be for location, department, type, min experience, security clearance level, military veterans encouraged. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include Pay/Benefits/Schedule unless posting actually states them. Not present, so omit those sections. We must not include filler like "n/a". Desired experience n/a should be omitted. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

Location: Remote

Department: Federal Government client

Type: Full Time

Minimum Experience: Experienced

Security Clearance Level: Public Trust – Level 4

Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java for implementing and testing cryptographic algorithms
  • Work with and advise on quantum resistant algorithm migration plans and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) implementation strategies
  • Assess organizational cryptographical inventory and identify migration priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership
  • Provide policy and guidance inputs for cryptographic modernization aligned with NIST PQC standards (FIPS 203, 204, and 205)

Skills

  • Expertise in quantum mechanics, quantum algorithms (e.g., Shor’s algorithm, Grover’s algorithm), and quantum information theory
  • Expertise in quantum programming languages and frameworks such as Qiskit (IBM), Cirq (Google), Quipper, and Microsoft Quantum Development Kit
  • Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and quantum resistant algorithms
  • Expertise in existing cryptographic standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO/IEC 19790)
  • Expertise with classical and quantum simulation tools
  • Expertise in project management or working in a project-oriented environment with an understanding of how configuration management fits into the overall project lifecycle within a large corporation or Government agency

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ IT experience (5 years of which are of quantum computing and cryptography experience at a large corporation or Government agency similar in size/scope to the General Services Administration (GSA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Defense (DoD), or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA); a Master’s degree in a related IT field may substitute for up to 2 years of the required experience
  • Professional Certifications: Certifications in one or more of the following: IAT III, IAM III, or IASAE III certifications
  • Years of Professional Experience: 10+ years of related experience
  • Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields
  • Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required for this position
  • Security Clearance Requirements: Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI)
We should avoid duplication: we already mentioned security clearance level in About the role; also in Requirements we have Security Clearance Requirements. Might be okay but could be considered duplication. However the instruction: remove duplicated lines. The security clearance appears twice: once as "Security Clearance Level: Public Trust – Level 4" and again as "Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI)". They are similar but not identical; one is level 4, other is MBI (maybe same). Might be considered duplication but we could keep both as they convey slightly different info. However to avoid duplication, we could merge: maybe keep only one. But the posting includes both; we need to preserve ALL substantive information. If we drop one, we lose info. So we keep both but ensure not identical. They are not identical strings, so okay. We also have "Occasional travel may be required as part of this effort" under Required Skills and Experience. We missed that. Should include under Responsibilities or Requirements? It's a requirement. Let's add under Requirements as a bullet. Also "U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity." repeated; we have one. Also "This is a 100% U.S. based remote position. However, candidates from CA, CO, IL, MN, NJ, NY, OR, or WA will not be considered" - that's location restriction; should we include? It's substantive info about eligibility. It's not boilerplate; it's a restriction. Should we include under About the role? Probably yes. It's not application instruction; it's eligibility. So add a bullet under About the role: "Location: Remote (U.S.-based only; candidates from CA, CO, IL, MN, NJ, NY, OR, or WA will not be considered)". Also "This is a W-2 position" - that's employment type; could be under About the role. Also "All interviews will be conducted on Microsoft Teams with your camera on; there will be no exceptions" and "As part of our screening process, you will be requested to provide a link to your LinkedIn profile" - those are application instructions; we should remove per instruction: remove application instructions. So drop those. Also "Recruiters or Third parties will not be considered" - also application instruction; remove. Also "CRITICAL NOTES: SSG will not make assumptions regarding your qualifications..." etc - that's also instruction; remove. Also "U.S Citizenship is required for this specific opportunity. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness." This is substantive about clearance process; we could keep under Requirements or maybe a separate section but we already have Security Clearance Requirements. Could add details there. Also "Syms Strategic Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." - that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Powered by JazzHR DjH3sy5Wwz" - remove. Thus we need to incorporate the extra substantive bits: W-2 position, location restriction, background investigation details. Let's adjust About the role to include: Location: Remote (U.S.-based only; candidates from CA, CO, IL, MN, NJ, NY, OR, or WA will not be considered). Type: Full Time, W-2 position. Minimum Experience: Experienced. Security Clearance Level: Public Trust – Level 4. Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply. We could also add "Department: Federal Government client". Now Requirements: include the background investigation details? Could add a bullet: "Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; background investigation may include criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness." Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: "Occasional travel may be required as part of this effort" - add under Requirements or Responsibilities? It's a requirement; add under Requirements. Also "Professional Certifications" bullet we have. Also "Years of Professional Experience" bullet we have (though it's similar to first bullet; could be redundant but we keep both? Might be duplication. The first bullet already says 10+ years IT experience (5 years quantum...). The Years of Professional Experience bullet says 10+ years of related experience. That's somewhat duplicate. Might be considered duplication; we could keep only the more detailed first bullet and drop the generic Years of Professional Experience bullet. However the posting includes both; we need to preserve all substantive info. The generic bullet adds no new info beyond the first; but it's still substantive? It's basically repeating. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should drop the generic Years of Professional Experience bullet as it's duplicate of the first bullet's 10+ years. Keep the detailed one. Similarly "Formal Education" bullet we have. Now "Desired experience n/a" we drop. Now "Professional Certifications" bullet we have. Now "Citizenship Requirement" bullet we have. Now "Security Clearance Requirements" bullet we have plus background investigation details. Now "Occasional travel may be required" bullet. Now "Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply" we have in About the role. Now "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" we have. Now "Work with and advise on quantum resistant algorithm migration plans and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) implementation strategies" we have. Now "Assess organizational cryptographical inventory and identify migration priorities" we have. Now "Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership" we have. Now "Provide policy and guidance inputs for cryptographic modernization aligned with NIST PQC standards (FIPS 203, 204, and 205)" we have. Now "Utilize programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java for implementing and testing cryptographic algorithms" we have. Now "Expertise in quantum mechanics, quantum algorithms (e.g., Shor’s algorithm, Grover’s algorithm), and quantum information theory" we have. Now "Expertise in quantum programming languages and frameworks such as Qiskit (IBM), Cirq (Google), Quipper, and Microsoft Quantum Development Kit" we have. Now "Expertise in post-quantum cryptograph and quantum resistant algorithms" we have (typo but keep). Now "Expertise in existing cryptographic standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO/IEC 19790)" we have. Now "Expertise with classical and quantum simulation tools" we have.
