About the role
As a Quantity Surveyor working within a friendly and skilled commercial team, you will be responsible for managing valuations, sub-contract procurement, cost control & reporting, and change control/contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage valuations
- Procure sub-contracts
- Control costs and report
- Administer changes and contracts
Requirements
- Minimum of a relevant HND or equivalent in quantity surveying
- Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor within a Main Contractor (Build) environment
- Experience of affordable homes and/or extra care schemes
Qualifications
