About the role

We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher excited to help shape the future of AI-native business applications. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction by understanding how customers interact with AI-powered experiences and what drives adoption, trust, usability, and customer value.

You will lead quantitative research to help teams build, test, and learn faster. Your work will involve turning product questions into clear hypotheses, success metrics, well-designed studies, and actionable insights to evaluate new ideas, improve experiences, and guide product decisions. This is a quant-first role with mixed-methods responsibilities as needed.

We are looking for a researcher skilled in experimentation, analytics, behavioral analysis, and causal inference. You should thrive in ambiguous, early-stage spaces and help teams define success metrics for new AI-powered products. Your role will include identifying meaningful behavioral and attitudinal signals, measuring product performance, and recommending evidence-based improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quantitative and mixed-methods research for AI-powered products, including early-stage concepts and evolving customer experiences.
  • Own studies end-to-end: frame research questions, define hypotheses, select methods, identify measures, analyze results, and communicate recommendations.
  • Design and run experiments, surveys, and behavioral analyses to understand customer needs, product performance, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define and track success metrics related to adoption, trust, usability, comprehension, and customer value in AI-powered experiences.
  • Combine findings across research, product usage, and customer feedback to generate clear insights and practical product recommendations.
  • Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to support a build, test, learn approach, ensuring evidence informs decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
