About The Role You'll learn trading from the inside, working at the intersection of technology and finance across traditional and digital assets — helping research signals, analyse execution, and monitor risk while building the instincts of a professional trader. About The Internship Duration: 3–6 months (flexible start; full-time preferred)Location: Remote, or our Singapore or New York officeWho it's for: Students, recent graduates, or early-career quants eager to learn trading from the inside. What You'll Do Research, prototype, and backtest medium- and high-frequency trading signals alongside senior traders.Monitor live positions and market conditions, flagging anomalies and risk events in real time.Analyse execution quality and post-trade performance to reduce slippage and cost.Study market microstructure, order-book dynamics, and the mechanics of the exchanges we trade.Build small tools and dashboards that make the desk faster and better informed.Work with researchers and developers to move ideas from notebook to production. What You Bring A strong quantitative foundation (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).Programming ability in Python (C++ or Rust a plus) for analysis and rapid prototyping.Genuine curiosity about markets and a disciplined, probabilistic view of risk.Composure under pressure and quick, data-driven judgment.High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.Fluency in English is required.
