About the role

What you'll do

• Run high- and medium-frequency strategies across multiple exchanges and asset classes.
• Manage risk in real time, adjusting positions as market conditions and signals shift.
• Analyse post-trade performance to sharpen execution and uncover new edge.
• Work with researchers and developers to refine trading algorithms and execution logic.
• Control liquidity and execution costs to protect strategy profitability.
• Stay ahead of market trends, catalysts, and structural shifts in microstructure.

What you bring

• A track record of profitable risk-taking in proprietary trading or at a hedge fund.
• Deep command of market microstructure, order-book dynamics, and execution algorithms.
• Discipline under pressure and a systematic approach to risk.
• Sharp, data-driven decision-making in fast-moving markets.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ for analysis and strategy scripting is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required.
