About The Role You'll work on a real project that matters, paired with an experienced mentor, writing software that improves live trading strategies or the systems behind them — and seeing first-hand how a modern quant desk turns research into execution. About The Internship Duration: 10–12 weeks (flexible start; full-time preferred)Location: Remote, or our Singapore or New York officeWho it's for: Students pursuing a degree in CS, engineering, or a related quantitative field who love to build. What You'll Do Build or extend a real trading-system tool, feature, or strategy alongside your mentor.Write software that improves live trading strategies or infrastructure.Apply quantitative modelling to understand and predict market behaviour.Work with large-scale research infrastructure — big datasets and serious compute.Get exposure to our production stack, including tools or languages you haven't used before.Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and engineers on real problems. What You Bring Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field.Strong programming ability with solid data-structures and algorithms fundamentals.Demonstrated coding through projects, competitions, or coursework.Sound quantitative and analytical reasoning (probability, statistics).Strong communication and a collaborative, think-aloud approach to problem-solving.Curiosity and the drive to pick up unfamiliar tools quickly.Fluency in English is required. Nice to Have Prior internship or research experience in quant finance or systems programming.Linux and Git exposure.Machine-learning coursework or projects.A genuine interest in markets (helpful, not required).
