About Us

At Silicon Data, we bring transparency to the GPU economy by delivering real-time pricing intelligence, market analytics, and sustainability insights for compute infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of AI, finance, and infrastructure, our product suite—including GPU index products, benchmarking tools, and forward pricing modules—helps organizations benchmark GPU performance, predict cost trends, and measure compute efficiency. This role is part of our data operations team, the industry platform for tracking GPU pricing data across the market, where you’ll play a key role in shaping its evolution as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance analytics and pricing libraries that power our index products with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability in production
  • Champion engineering best practices across the team, including code reviews, documentation standards, and performance profiling
  • Collaborate with backend and benchmark engineers to build reliable, intuitive systems
  • Accelerate development using AI tools and modern technologies

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a quantitative role, ideally in financial services, market data, or infrastructure/compute markets (experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; exposure to market or pricing data and statistics/probability-based modeling
  • Solid grounding in software design principles and building maintainable, testable systems
  • Hands-on experience building data products from raw data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interest in the AI economy and the infrastructure powering it, including GPU markets, compute pricing dynamics, and AI infrastructure trends
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or related)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, or business teams to translate market dynamics into models
  • Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth company, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving scope

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Small, flat team with fast feedback loops and high autonomy
  • Work on technically challenging problems
  • Fully remote
