Quality Testing & Measurement Operator, $20.50/hr, Park Falls, WI

About the role

The Quality Functional Testing and Measurement Utility Operator supports the Quality team with basic inspection, testing, and measurement activities to ensure products meet established standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks on products
• Record measurement data accurately
• Support testing processes as directed by Quality Technicians
• May handle fiberglass materials and other production components

Pay

Starting pay at $20.50 per hour. Automatic pay increases at 90 days and 6 months. Sign-on bonus of $1,500 paid out in two installments at 30 days and 90 days.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm
• Friday overtime as needed
