Quality Technician - Night Shift, FQC

About the role

The FQC Technician maintains high quality standards by reviewing final assembly products before delivering to our customer. The FQC Technician works as an in-line quality inspector to ensure top tier products by verifying all quality aspects of the module.

Responsibilities

• Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests
• Rejecting products that fail to meet establish quality standards
• Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands
• Documents inspection results for final product grading
• Report any issues requiring a Quality Technician to the line supervisor
• Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment
• Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas
• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
• Able to cope with pressure and be a team player
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
• Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours
