Quality Technician - Night Shift, FQC

Responsibilities

• Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests.
• Rejecting products that fail to meet established quality standards.
• Ensures line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
• Documents inspection results for final product grading.
• Reports any issues requiring a Quality Technician to the line supervisor.
• Produces products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
• Maintains standard equipment settings and escalates deviations for adjustment.
• Helps other operators during break times and is flexible to cover other work areas.
• Able to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
• Able to cope with pressure and be a team player.
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
• Detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours.
