Quality Technician III - Non-Exempt
Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role as a Quality Technician III supporting the Cardiac Ablation Solutions organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the check-in, inspection, and testing of returned products as part of the complaint handling process. You will contribute to the development of life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that increase patient access and improve procedure efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventories of devices within the lab, including shipping and handling packages.
- Follow testing work instructions and document findings accurately.
- Research, resolve, and respond to discrepant receipts from internal and external customers.
- Register returned products within the global complaint handling database.
- Execute product inspection and test plans on bio-hazard products.
- Identify failures, potential causes, and capture supporting objective evidence.
- Label, package, and deliver inventories to the analysis lab.
- Generate detailed product analysis reports.
- Support the development of procedures, processes, tools, and techniques for product analysis.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, possibly requiring vocational or technical education or certification.
- Ability to use inspection and testing equipment and generate summary reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to work cooperatively as part of a cross-functional team.
Skills
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU 217/745, and EU MDR regulations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Windows OS.
Work Environment
This position is based in Fridley, MN at the Rice Creek facility and requires full-time onsite presence, five days a week. Pay
$25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Schedule
This is a full-time, contract position based out of Fridley, MN, requiring onsite presence five days a week.
