Job Duties
- Perform audits of Good Manufacturing Practices for plant personnel and follow up on the opportunity areas found
- Verify and ensure compliance with the internal specifications of the products
- Release of finished product
- Monitor and evaluate visually the efficiency of cleaning procedures for equipment, utensils and work areas
- Prepare Quality reports when required, of the different activities carried out
- Detection of opportunities for improvement in the process areas
- Verify and validate the procedures in the lines
- Monitoring of production lines
- Inform and verify the timely correction of the deviations detected in the production process
- Verify the proper handling of allergens in the different stages of the production process
- Archive the generated Quality documentation
- Perform required finished product testing and the effective completion of documentation and data entry
- C Conduct Food Safety Inspections
- C Conduct GMP and SSOP inspections daily
Qualifications
- A High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Two to three years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork Communication Skills – verbal and written
