Quality Technician

About the role

VARITE is seeking a Quality Technician for a client in Union, OH – a multinational consumer goods company that manufactures healthcare, personal care, household cleaning, and baby and feminine care products. VARITE, an award‑winning minority business enterprise established in 2000, provides global consulting and staffing services to Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. This is an onsite position with a duration of approximately 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect products; maintain gauges, test equipment, and test machines to ensure quality and adherence to regulations and standards.
• Support factory quality engineers and managers with customer and supplier issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop corrective action solutions.
• Perform visual inspections on incoming materials and review final products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Evaluate products and record data from test procedures and inspections.

Pay

Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr on W2

Schedule

Desired Candidate Daily Availability: 6AM‑2:30PM, 9:30PM‑6:00AM
