Quality Technician

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Communicate with departments on Non-Conformance / Corrective Action status.
• Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities (Rework, Deviations, Scrap, etc.).
• Help implement quality initiatives and efficiencies.
• Collect, analyze and report trends that affect quality.
• Prepare performance metrics and quality reports.
• Maintain records including SQDC and KPI Boards.
• Assist with the preparation of FAIR (First Article Inspection) reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Associates degree, 2 years of college experience or 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and identify trends.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency working with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using light industrial testing equipment, a plus.
• Experience using CMM Vision System, a plus.
