Quality Technician

About the role
In this position you will be responsible for administering our quality program and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a first shift position.
Responsibilities
- Conducting quality inspections and investigations
- Performing first piece inspections/approvals
- Conducting quality audits (internal and external)
- Working with CMM, Faro laser scanner and tracker, gaging, and gage calibrations
- Creating and updating quality documentation
- Reviewing product documentation
- Reviewing and interpreting customer specifications and drawings
- Training team members on quality processes
- Processing RMAs to ensure our customers continue to receive the highest quality products
Requirements
- Completed HS diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Quality role required, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in the English language
