Quality Technician

About the role

In this position you will be responsible for administering our quality program and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a first shift position.

Responsibilities

• Conducting quality inspections and investigations
• Performing first piece inspections/approvals
• Conducting quality audits (internal and external)
• Working with CMM, Faro laser scanner and tracker, gaging, and gage calibrations
• Creating and updating quality documentation
• Reviewing product documentation
• Reviewing and interpreting customer specifications and drawings
• Training team members on quality processes
• Processing RMAs to ensure our customers continue to receive the highest quality products

Requirements

• Completed HS diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Quality role required, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in the English language
