Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Technician with experience in the medical device industry to support quality assurance activities, product investigations, inspections, and testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong quality background and experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate product complaints and support failure investigations.
• Perform product inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and medical device regulations.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of medical device quality experience.
• Experience with product complaints and failure investigations.
• Hands-on experience with inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of quality systems and medical device manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
