Responsibilities

• Data collection and population for ISIR reporting, capability studies, and safe launch assurance
• Selection of metrology equipment and gaging to optimize measurement efficiency and throughput
• Fixture design or contracting
• Balloon part prints
• Gage calibration
• Gage R&R studies
• Communicate with employees and vendors in a positive, team-oriented manner
• Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
• Maintain Rosti core values of Passion, Integrity, Partnership, and Excellence

Requirements

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English required
• Understanding of GD&T
• Ability to program vision-based and touch probe measurement systems: Hexagon CMM, OGP SmartScope Flash, Keyence IM Series, Mitutoyo Surftest, OGP TurnCheck, etc.
• Measurement via traditional tools: micrometer, caliper, pin gage, etc.
