What You Will Do
- Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies
- Operate 3D metrology and scanning tools, including Keyence, ZEISS, and other blue-light systems
- Use handheld inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height/depth gauges, and pin gauges
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality documentation to ensure compliance
- Document results in accordance with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Planners, and Customer Representatives to resolve discrepancies
- Follow EHS policies and maintain a safe, organized work area
- Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective action implementation as needed
What You Will Bring
- 1 - 3 years of experience in dimensional inspection in a regulated manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Hands-on experience with advanced metrology systems such as: Keyence XM-5000, VR/VL Series, ZEISS ScanBox, or other CMM systems
- Familiarity with GD&T, inspection reports, and quality documentation
- Working knowledge of CMM/DCC software such as PC-DMIS or PolyWorks
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read engineering drawings and work independently
- Effective communication and time management skills
This role is considered an on-site position located in Oklahoma, OK. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up-to 40 lbs.
