Pay
$24–26/hr. based on skills and experience
Schedule
Initial hours: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift 7:00am–3:00pm
Transition to 2nd Shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm starting October 2026

Responsibilities
- Conducting incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and legal requirements
- Monitoring production processes to identify and resolve material, component, and assembly quality deviations in a timely manner
- Opening, documenting, and following up on non-conformities, maintaining accurate inspection and quality records
- Supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production and engineering teams
- Communicating with suppliers regarding quality issues and participating in internal/external audits
- Operating and interpreting measuring and inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and electronic measuring tools
- Providing technical guidance and quality-related training to production teams
- Upholding and promoting a strong safety culture by adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing quality control (wind turbine manufacturing experience a plus)
- Solid knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM)
- Familiarity with electrical or mechanical systems and ability to read technical schematics
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ISO 9000:2000 Quality Systems (preferred)
- Adaptable, responsible, and able to work independently while demonstrating strong leadership skills
