Quality Technician

Location: El Segundo, California

About the role

Provide technical support to production units, vendors, and quality laboratories to ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards. Assist in conducting tests on packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods to maintain product quality. Support adherence to FDA and ISO guidelines, including SOPs, audits, and documentation requirements. Participate in statistical sampling and analysis to identify areas for process improvement. Contribute to color matching and quality assessment processes to ensure product consistency and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science field or equivalent experience in manufacturing with a focus on quality.
• Experience with compliance to FDA and ISO guidelines, including SOPs, auditing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of statistical sampling and testing procedures for packaging and finished products.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the beauty industry or related fields is highly desirable.
