Quality Technician

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Quality Technician to join its Quality Team in Fort Worth, TX. The technician will serve as an indispensable resource for internal partners by performing basic receiving, in‑process, and finished‑product inspections on devices, raw materials, parts, packaging, and other components in accordance with established Quality Control procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to set up and perform basic inspections; interpret instructions, drawings, sketches, and specifications for inspections.
• Test, sample, and troubleshoot components, electronic devices, and/or raw materials.
• Ensure inspected components meet pre‑determined standards.
• Determine approval, rejection, or escalation status for components and/or raw materials.
• Utilize measuring and quality inspection devices and tools.
• Examine workmanship, proper installation, binding, and alignment.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, recording defects as needed.
• Conduct final acceptance inspection of finished goods.
• Assemble finished‑goods kits, including accessories and applicable product labeling.
• Ensure production schedules and output meet customer requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Ability to operate telephones, computers/laptops, and other technological devices/software programs to communicate with internal and external resources.
• Proficient use of key functions in Microsoft Office.

• Motivated self‑starter who works well with minimal supervision.
