Essential Functions Work safelyKeep lab neat and organized/maintain retainer samplesSupport and backup quality teammates (e.g. vacation coverage)Equipment verification/calibrationMaintain records and databasesLab and production floor testing/analyticsCoA creation/deliveryUpdate, as directed, Quality’s ERP system moduleReview ERP system reports pertaining to statistical process control // publish snapshotsSupport the NC-hold processMonitor physical hold areasMaintain records and databasePublish status updatesAccept/reject material based upon CoA resultsParticipate/conduct internal auditsAssist the Quality Manager to:Improve the QMSMonitor performance against goals/GMP complianceDevelop and execute improvement plansGaugesInspection Setup Critical Competencies Technical SkillsTeamworkCustomer FocusDependabilityAttention to Detail Supervisory Responsibility N/A Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must occasionally lift or move parts and supplies, up to 50 lbs. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Technicians work either 12-hour shifts, 8 am to 8 pm or 8 pm to 8 am – 3 days on 2 days off, 2 days on 3 days off, Or 8-hour Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm, 4 pm to 12(midnight) or 12(midnight) to 8 am Travel No travel Required Education And Experience High school diploma or GED Other Duties Will follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce film solutions that meet regulatory, ISO, SQF, and company requirements. Will support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management Systems. Accountable to API’s Product Safety & Quality policy.
