What will you do?
- Perform final inspections of finished parts
- Create certifications of conformance for customers
- Ensure in-process quality inspections are being completed
- Create documentation for non-conforming material
- Ensure measurement tools are brought to Metrology department for calibration
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred but not required
- Certifications including Quality Auditor, Quality Improvement Associate
- Quality inspection, auditing, and test experience
- Experience with ISO9001
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of how to read blue print drawings
- Knowledge of basic measurement tools such as calipers, pin gages, micrometer, etc.

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this U.S. based position is USD $54,400 - $81,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
