Quality Technician 3rd Shift
About the role

As a Quality Technician – 3rd Shift, you will play an essential role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards while supporting a safer, smarter, and more sustainable energy future. In this hands‑on position you will work closely with production and quality teams to inspect products, identify opportunities for improvement, and help resolve quality concerns before they reach our customers. Responsibilities
- Perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify product quality and compliance.
- Inspect units prior to customer final inspections.
- Investigate quality concerns and support root‑cause analysis activities.
- Assist in closing Quality Notifications (QNs) and tracking corrective actions.
- Support customer issue resolution and follow‑up activities.
- Create, communicate, and maintain quality alerts across the production floor.
- Participate in audits, procedure reviews, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Support training efforts and promote adherence to safety, quality, and standardized work practices.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, production, quality assurance, or a related environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze issues and contribute to root‑cause problem‑solving activities.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
