Clover Consulting has a direct client in Grand Rapids, MI in need of a QA Sampler for a 6 months to multi-year contract.

About the Role

The sampling position would include sampling all raw material and packaging components in several warehouses. The raw material sampling would include materials that are used in the cosmetic and home care products as well as materials that are used in the food industry including allergens. The packaging components would be sampled in the warehouse and this would include inspecting the shipment for defective components. The materials that are sampled are logged in the QA data system where sampling data is entered. The samples are then delivered to the respective labs including micro, chemistry and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Sampling all raw material and packaging components in several warehouses
• Sampling materials used in cosmetic and home care products
• Sampling materials used in the food industry including allergens
• Inspecting shipments for defective packaging components
• Logging sampling data in the QA data system
• Delivering samples to respective labs including micro, chemistry and packaging

Requirements

• A valid State of Michigan driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Science background or science degree is preferred but not required

Pay

$20/hr W2
