About the role

The QE Technician will work independently, following instructions and supervising test‑lab technicians. The role involves data compilation, reporting, product audits, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities within an electronics and cable‑assembly environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile data and prepare reports.
• Complete product audits and inspections.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis with follow‑up actions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with training and verify corrective‑action (CAR) follow‑up.
• Collect objective evidence for investigations.
• Provide supervision and instruction to test‑lab technicians.
• Maintain knowledge of all equipment used to repair systems.
• Apply thorough knowledge of electronics field practices.

Requirements

• Experience in cable assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics, or the ability to learn these skills quickly.
• Good attendance and detail‑oriented work habits.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
