Quality Team Lead - Day Shift - Monday to Thursday (7am - 5pm)

The Quality Team Lead will support Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks while fostering a friendly, inclusive culture that values teamwork, creativity, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hands‑on skillset by performing required tasks of a Quality Control Technician.
• Support Technicians and Inspectors in completion of all Quality Processes.
• Review and approve First Shots for Technicians in First Shot Qualification.
• Assist with completion of Test Run Evaluations.
• Assist in maintaining training of Team Members.
• Complete containment activities, as required.
• Monitor Inspection Lab for improvements.
• Report improvement opportunities to immediate Supervisor.
• Conduct periodic audits of the processes.
• Ensure process documentation is being completed properly.
• Assist with scheduling of Team Members, as needed.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• One‑year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment, as appropriate.

Pay

Competitive hourly compensation with shift differential.

Schedule

Day Shift – Monday to Thursday (7 am – 5 pm).
