Quality Systems Specialist - III*

Responsibilities

• Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
• Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
• Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
• Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
• Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
• Strong Presentation Skills
• PowerPoint and Veeva QMS experience required
• Ability to manage outputs from cross‑functional contributors
• Document Control experience a plus

Pay

$55/hr – $69/hr on W2

Schedule

Part‑time: averaging about 10‑15 hours per week; peak periods can increase to 20‑25 hours.
