Job Summary
Moog is seeking a Quality System/Application Administrator to join our IT Applications Development Team. Reporting to the Head, IT, this role is hybrid and based in Buffalo, NY.
About the Role
The Quality System/Application Administrator will provide technical and functional support for the TipQA Quality software used within Moog. Responsibilities include administering and supporting the TipQA infrastructure, assisting functional subject matter experts, and providing day-to-day technical support.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the TipQA infrastructure, including:
- Oracle database (SQL proficiency required)
- Application server
- ERP interfaces
- Vendor portal
- Manage and execute software upgrades, patches, and implementations
- Provide day-to-day technical support to maintain system availability and performance
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
- Assist functional SMEs with application-related issues and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve help desk tickets escalated by the Quality Support team
- Provide guidance and support to end users to ensure effective use of the TipQA application
Requirements
- Typically, a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- At least seven (7) years of experience working with quality software
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Oracle databases and application servers
- Familiarity with ERP systems and vendor portals
- Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications

Pay
Buffalo, NY: $130,000.00–$180,000.00 Annually
